can sakura learn rasengan ?

This is pretty easy. Yes she can. Anyone can learn it given enough time, people like Sakura, Hinata, and Neji (Sakura for med jutsu, Hinata and Neji for being Hyuga) who have extreme chakra control shouldn't have a difficult time like Naruto did (since saying Naruto has chakra control is like saying Moegi [Konohamaru's friend] can solo Madara). The biggest problem comes to how useful would the techniwue actually be. It could be that the chakra and energy to consistently use it has negative results for her depending on her chakra reserves.

People who say otherwise simply can't see past their dislike for her (which I am able to do ;D).

Would she even need rasengan? Rasengan is just cannon fodder nowadays, look at her devastating punches...I don't see a rasengan doing that. She's dangerous enough nowadays but still being useless somehow.

sakura isn't useless , tsunade choice her to be her student because she believed on her power .

rasengan is not a kekkei genkai.anybody can perform it.you just have to have great chakra control.

You don't need wind release...

You need wind release for wind release: Rasengan but you don't need it for a base rasengan.

wind release isn't important for rasengan ...

The Rasengan is more the signature move of Naruto - he was the one making all kinds of variations on it, and considering he uses it a lot, it's safe to say it's his signature move, despite the fact that a couple of other characters showed they could use it as well.

Sakura attacking with a Rasengan would be like Neji suddenly having a Sharingan (lame example but work with me a bit) - it doesn't fit in the way their character is built up.
Plus she shows more promise in the medical field like Tsunade

For example: naruto,jiraya,minato,kakashi and even konohamaru

Of course she can learn Rasengan. Why shouldnt she be capable of this?
Its not like Konohamaru is super special.You dont need to have a kekkei genkai or be from some special clan to
learn Rasengan. The 1 handed version requires quite the talent and control but Naruto came up with a creative solution for that one (if you cant do it 1 handed), by using clones to split up the task. Which is something that is within Sakura her reach as well. She should be capable of learning Kage bunshin.

I dont think Rasengan would suit Sakura though, so she probably wont learn it.
It doesnt seem to fit with those monster strength punches.

Rasengan takes good chakra manipulation, not necessarily chakra control.

Chakra control is required to gather chakra to the hands in order to form the rasengan, but actually making it by spinning it and compressing it in ones hand requires great chakra manipulation.

It would be possible for anyone to perform this jutsu, but it would take quite a while because rasengan is considered the pinnacle of shape manipulation due to the amount of chaka required to compress it into a small form, and also the formation of the chakra into a perfect sphere by spinning it a high speeds in all directions.

For those that think Rasengan takes wind release to learn is wrong, rasengan is actually an incomplete S rank ninjutsu developed by the fourth hokage. He based this jutsu off of the tailed beast bomb, it's assumed that after watching it, Minato studied shape and chakra manipulation in an attempt to recreate a similar, less powerful version of the tailed beast bomb, later named the rasengan. It was his hope to complete the ninjutsu by mixing his own nature affinity(His affinity is unknown at this time).

So it's possible for anyone to learn this ninjutsu, but the difficulty it takes to learn is quite remarkable which I can only assume is why so few actually know the jutsu.

you don't see tsunade learning rasengan heck it wouldn't make a difference to her arsenal.Sakura is a medical ninja i would rather her have a stronger medical move than base form rasengan which is basically a punch <.<
