They are both pretty weak compared to a lot of uber powerful shinobi we have been seeing lately, Nagato,Madara,Hashirama,Obito,Naruto,Sasuke, DSM Kabuto,the Kages....the list goes on and on.

Sakura has no offensive jutsu. She only has her strength and isn't fast. Konohamaru can use shadow clones, fire release and rasengan.
