7th Gate or even 6th gate lee could one shot Sakura. Just punch her in the head. Lets not forget that Lee speed was amazing just by taking the weights off and the sharingan was required to keep up with his movements, this was part 1.

If Sakura was lucky enough to hit Lee, then she could cause some damage but how could she hit him? 0.01% chance of that happening. Not even regeneration could help her, Lee would toast her.

In all honesty, even with all her perks, Sakura stands no chance. Just think on how magnificent the gates are.

Basically. Lee is way too skilled in taijutsu, and then there's his speed and strength when he opens the Gates. With someone like Sakura who majorly engages in CQC without actually being very good at it, he would absolutely mop the floor with her
