Yes, she can. What can ten ten do that she wont be able to tank, okay so they will have equal chakra levels, ten ten isn't doing anything to her. She cant create a rasengan without Naruto creating it.
Now if Naruto is using ten ten like a puppet she can possibly win, but Sakura is soloing her, we dont know if BM tenten can regenerate from being clobbered.

Tenten has bashogen and bm gives her just enough chakra to use it almost as freely as rikudo. Tenten took out one of kakuzu's bodies with one shot like it was nothing(and Kakuku was fast on his feet). I don't think Sakura has enough speed to dodge the bashogen or even tank it(unless you think Sakura>>So6p)
