Slug sage mode hasn't even been confirmed, even if it does exist, Sakura doesn't have sufficient chakra reserves to learn it. Also, by the time Sakura could punch it (her punch wouldn't destroy it anyway) she would be crushed.

For real though, I doubt she would be able to given what all it took to destroy it. Remember it will have rocks and debris surrounding it. I would imagine that anything could destroy the small gravitational sphere its just that Sakura wouldn't be able to get to.
