Sakumo Hatate is Kakashi's father, so of course they will have the same name.Now name a Hatake, not related to Kakashi.
Lee is not a clan, neither is Haruno so what's the point of this thread? Everyone in the series isn't from a clan.Some characters simple have their family las name, like Sakura and Lee.

she does have uzumaki in her so chill out before you go off on him . her grandmother and grandfather is hashirama senju and mito uzumaki ... therefore she has uzu and senju in her .. not confirmed whether its half or not considering we dont no her parents tho
