If Sakura could kill her emotions she woulda been all, "Hey Naruto, we're on our way to go kill Sasuke." Or let someone else tell him because then it wouldn't have mattered who told him. Then they would've gone and maybe killed him together as a team. Someone would've died though, because he's strong.

It would've been even harder to kill Sasuke because he could use up each of his eyes to Izanagi and escape death. They were going bad anyway. So he'd have to die three times. The third would be easy, though, because, no sharingan jutsus and no eyesight. But they would still have to kill him twice.

it won't kill him but it will slow him more and she can punch him or kakashi do the rest

Sasuke is stronger indeed but he kinda let her do it she had a big chance to kill him if she didnt think twice sure he wont die from the poison but he will be injured and sakura can punch him after that
