Depending on who's chakra is greater, the arrow will stop or be redirected. If Neji has more chakra into his rotation then I'm certain it would stop the arrow. If his rotation isn't as powerful then I believe it would redirect it's course.

I think the sheer power of Susano Arrow would pierce the rotation. While in theory it would deflect or change the arrows course. I believe it would need more power then what neji output's in his rotation. Maybe a more powerful version would.

Like most of these people are saying, it would slightly misdirect the arrow, but it would still go through.

You got me. Rotation usally fares well against projectiles, but these arrows are huge and are always depicted as having immense traveling speed and penetration power. Maybe it would slightly alter its trajectory and/or make Neji lose his balance.

It depends on which rotation you are referring to, Neji's or Hiashi's.

Im not sure that it would be outright stopped like all of the kunai it has shown to deflect in the past, but I am sure that the rotation Neji has shown previously would at least change its course somewhat. Though we haven't exactly seen much of it lately from Neji's lack of screentime, I'd say that after powerscaling it from all of time he was not shown until now, we could safely assume that Neji could make it big enough to keep the arrow from it penetrating all the way through to reach him.

If you are referring to the one Hiashi has shown, then yes, it is very likely that it would be completely stopped.
