Can Rinnegan users resurrect people with King of Hell?

Can Rinnegan users revive people with king of hell?
I know that they can revive other paths, but can they revive alive people?
And yes, I know that they can use rinne tensei jutsu with the cost of life but i mean can they revive people like they revive paths?

Thats a good question. Ithe limits of that ability were never explained. It might just be for the paths. Kishi should elaborate on a lot after the manga is over.

What would be the purpose of Rinne tensei,if he could just throw dead people in that giant face's mouth and revive them with no risk whatsoever.

Apparently to do that he would be both the body and the soul and maybe they have to kill the person his/herself.
Here's why i say that:

Kabuto talked about catching naruto and bee, removing their souls from their bodies, then reviving them later. So.. there IS a possibilty it could bring someone to life, but no one knows the details cuz they were left out. Rinne Tensei can bring back one or many people at the cost of the users life.. the king of hell pulling out souls seems like it could revive them if the bodies arent damaged and too much time hasn't past.

this is just speculation, but Kabuto DID say he'd take out their souls and revive them later. i don't know what chapter.. so i look for it real quick.. BUT i do think it' d be dumb for the King of Hell thing to be able to revive people when there's Rinne Tensei, which costs your life. it IS inconsistent, BUT Kabuto mentioning removing souls and putting them back.. that's why i think IF it can revive someone, i'd think it can ONLY revive someone that it killed on its own with that specific tech

They can't. The king of hell can only be used to repair damage. The paths were never alive to begin with, so to get them working all pain had to do was repair them.

.-_-. The only reason Nagato died is because he didn't have enough chakra and life force when he used it(Rinne-Tensei), otherwise a rinnegan user at full health with capable chakra can do it no problem.

Technically no. Although the king of hell can return recently deceased souls, that it possibly absorbed.

Edo tensei is probably the only known way to bring a soul back from the afterlife or clear plane(?), whatever hagoromo called it.

So possibly edo tensei in conjunction with the king of hell could bring a soul back, but the body would also need to be there.... not sure on this.

Yup, they can!!
Nagato did it with people of Konoha, he died only because of lack of chakra due to fight with Naruto and his own illness.
Otherwise, yeah its possible.
I wonder ehy he did't revive Yahiko at the first place.
Maddy and Obito were screwed up by themelves

on this page Kabuto mentions killing then reviving Naruto/Bee.. so i don't know if it works on other people the rinnegan user didn't kill with that specific path or what, but he can at least temporarily kill them/revive them

but this what never elaborated on, so details are unknown but he can kill/revive with king of hell, at least temporarily.

and it appears for this to work he actually has to have possession of the soul. he can't just walk through the battlefield reviving people with king of hell.. he has to remove the soul himself or somehow have possession of it and then he can put it back.

rinne tensei summons the soul from the impure world and puts it back in the body/bodies at the rinnegan users expense

Edit: the scan also says he'd kill them with Human Path, then revive with Naraka/king of hell.
SO to do it, he must physically remove the soul with human path, then KEEP possession of the soul and the bodies, and put the soul back with Naraka path/king of hell.

so he can revive people in this fashion, but it's completely different from Rinne Tensei

the Naraka path reviving people.. it does appear that the rinnegan user must have physical possession of that person's soul.

It could possibly even revive people with completely destroyed bodies cuz it DOES completely repair the soulless corpses, so why not repair a normal corpse? so long as he has the soul to put in it, it should work

it can i guess if you at least have the body not sure tho....and it can bring people back who were recently killed as well.
