Can rinnegan be inherited ?

We knew how madara and sasuke got theirs ,but theres no rennigan user who had children before. (expect kaguya who passed it down to hogo)

The purest form is the RinneSharingan. Seeing how Sasuke has the ability to master it with just one eye also means that his is closer to it than Madara's and Hagoromo's.

On the hand of the topic, it should be inheritable. Hagoromo just had two kids, meaning powers would be split. If the DNA from the child is correct, they would obtain the mutation.
