Can Rinne Rebirth recreate a body?

We saw Nagato resurrecting Konoha people but most of them that we say died stabbed by Pein's rod,or their soul was taken like Shizune,crushed by buildings or died by pushing their bodies beyond limits like Kakashi.There was nothing strange with the green light coming in their corpses and resurrecting them.

But what if they died differently,like someone being decapitated or losing body parts.Would the light recreate the head back if it was decapitated?Also the ones who lost their tongues I suppose the tongue comes back right?

Or for example the someone gets destroyed and only his left arm remains on the ground.Would the jutsu recreate all his body attached to his left arm?

Well Zetsu said he let Kabuto find Madara's body,which was old.The jutsu would simply make Madara alive and younger so it is not sothing to be recreated here.

What has that to do with Kabuto getting Madara's real old body?He took his blood and ofcourse used another guy as the vessel for Madara's edo tensei.But I said there was nothing to create if Nagato used the jutsu on Madara's old corpse because it would have made him alive and younger.

Good question. I'd say the Rinne Tensei revives the deceased, and additionally would reconstruct the body to normal if they were dismembered, restoring it to it's previous state.

Rinne rebirth and Yin-Yang release are two separate feats, Rinne rebirth allows someone to keep their soul in the mortal plane and transfer it into someone else's body (a more advanced form of Oro's immortality jutsu), creating a body is purely a Yin-Yang feat and Sasuke doesn't not have the Yang to perform it.
