Can Preta Path absorb Wood Release?

Is Preta Path able to absorb wood release? If so would hashi be completely scrwed against people like nagato since all Hashi really has is wood jutsu lol?

Using elemental based attacks like Mokuton requires chakra. That would probably explain Hasihrama exhausted in the end of the battle in the VOTE. So if it requires chakra, Mokuton is for the most part a chakra-based attack, so yes it can be absorbed

It stops the mokuton from moving & growing, since hashi uses chakra to grow & move wood. Its like gaara & his sand.

At the very most it'd absorb the chakra being used to control the Mokuton, but since Hashirama is always has some kind of link to his Mokuton to give it chakra. He can just fill it with chakra, while the user absorbs it, and since they can't absorb the wood itself, they get pasted.

What i think is gakido can absord any kind of ninjutsu along with any kind of chakra. Madara also said to onoki that onokis jinton is no match for his preta path

It won't make the wood to disappear,or grow smaller,it will only prevent hashi from controlling it.it also won't be suitable to absorb hashirama mokuto especially since he can just bring it out from any direction.and i also don't see preta path absorbing shisusenju,like it does with other smaller techs.
