Well I doubt Madara's perfect susanoo could tank that. Neither can Itachi's despite the Yata Mirror but imagine a PS combined with they Yata Mirror. The Yata Mirror may get enhanced if a user of the PS wields it by getting bigger so there is a pretty good chance of it countering the massive tailed beast bomb. After Madara's fan simply countered a mini tailed beast bomb like nothing, nothing is impossible.
