Can Orochimaru use Reaper Death Seal?

Hi, everyone.

Not sure if this question has been asked,answered, etc.

But I was wondering. Can Orochimaru use the Reaper Death Seal Jutsu? I know he did the Release to bring the Hokages and get his other powers back, let's say if he was in battle and were to summon it can he use it? And if so, will using Oral Rebirth Technique(go ahead and laugh /: ) a.k.a Orochimaru-style Body Replacement help him avoid being killed?

Just something i've recently though about. o.o

There's no way he knows this technique, at least there shouldn't be.
And about your 2nd question, probably not, since the Reaper Death Seal consumes the soul itself.
