Can Oro, Obito and Sasuke return to Konoha?

If the three of them had a change of heart and Naruto brings them back to Konoha, do you think the villagers would agree with their return? I know Sakura would like to have Sasuke back, but what about Orochimaru and Obito? what if they decide to live again in Konoha. Can Naruto convince everyone to welcome them back?

Obito and sasuke are responsible for danzo's death also obito is redponsible for any death the akatsiki and war have caused. Oro is redponsible for the third hokages death. So even naruto's famed tnj would not be able to penetrate that.
