Can one Uchiha keep down amaterasu of another Uchiha?

As you can remember, Sasuke could keep down the Amaterasu he had cast upon 8 tails with his MS. Well, can he keep down the Amaterasu cast by for example Madara (or anyone else who can cast Amaterasu)?

Please pay attention that mentioning Sasuke and Madara was just an example to get across my intention. The gist of my question is whether an Uchiha who can cast and keep down his own Amaterasu, can keep down Amaterasu of another Uchiha or not?

I would think so since Kagutsuchi works specifically on Amaterasu flames. Plus now that Sasuke has EMS, Kagutsuchi along with his other ocular jutsu would be enhanced.

yes. didnt win sasuke 'killed" itachi and then tobi came to get sasuke but sasuke used the amaterasu on tobi on an aciident and tobi extinguished it. i think tobi(obito) said itachi put amaterasu ability in his eyes so he or nobody could steal his eyes like that

I must say that I do doubt it. It'd be like Sasuke turning off Itachi's Susanoo. (Just an example) It's simply the jutsu of another ninja, even if you can use the same jutsu, you shouldn't be able to affect the way other use that same jutsu.
