Well, Kamui works by teleporting parts of or the whole body to the other dimension, so I imagine it would work the same way in the Kamui Dimension, the only difference being that the users body isn't safe in the non-kamui dimension.

I don't think so. Why would he need the ability to go intangible in his own dimension, where nobody else can even go? Kakashi only got there cause of Obitos eye, it's his dimension, so being able to phase would serve no real purpose. We never saw him use it, it just sounds completely unnecessary to me.
Edit: I mean, nobody can go there without him taking them, or them somehow having his eye.

This. There's no reason to believe his phasing works the other way around.

Visit his dimension; No objects, just a plain floor.
Likewise, visit Kaguya dimensions; just ground with.....
