Can Obito come back to Konoha?

Kakashi might take responsibility for Obito's actions since he let Rin die.

But that's like Naruto saying he will take responsibility for all of sasuke's actions i just don't see it happening, but u never know i guess

Naruto kinda did that when he begged the Raikage not to hunt and kill Sasuke.

Yeah but ur saying he did that so Sasuke wouldn't be hunted and possibly attacked, were talking about forgiving Obito who has helped kill hundreds and thousands of people he's more of a criminal then Sasuke I feel as if Kakashi might have to kill obito.
