Can Obito be trapped in genjutsu while intangible

Genjusu is not a physical attack though, it uses the person's 5 senses




When Obito sends his whole body to another dimension he uses the sucking feat rather than phasing

But even if he phases his entire body genjutsu will work because it's not a physical attack, if the opponent can look into his eyes or use his 5 senses he gets caught in it.

Didn't Rinnegan Obito simply phase through BM Naruto's Bijuudama?

Probably yes, don't know for sure.
Only those body-parts that overlap with a physical object are sent to a kamuiland. So, chakra should still be able to enter Obito's brain via genjutsu. But I don't know what role his Sharingan plays in such a situation.

actually first point is genjutsu can only effect when complete body is present and is clear in obito's case he phases his body parts and i think parts of his body parts not being present will only nullifies the genjutsu as per my opinion as this is even never clarified in manga.
