Pseudo-Jinchūriki:
When someone possesses the tailed beast's chakra but not the beast itself, that person is considered a pseudo-jinchūriki (人柱力もどき, jinchūrikimodoki; English TV "Simulated-jinchūriki"). There have been three successful cases of this thus far: the Gold and Silver Brothers, Sora (anime only), and Fukai (after his reincarnation; anime only).
Due to the Gold and Silver Brother's success in obtaining the tailed beast's power, an unnamed Kumo-nin tried to copy their method by eating one of Gyūki's tentacles, but instead of becoming a jinchūriki, he died as a result. It is said that Kinkaku and Ginkaku were "something special" and is stated by the Fourth Raikage that they may be distantly related to the Sage of the Six Paths.

Becoming A Pseudo-Jinchūriki:
At this page, you can see that the Truth-Seeking Ball begins to form on the back of his left hand. Soon after, he is granted the staff he once possessed as the Ten-Tail's Jinchūriki. The Truth-Seeking Ball is classified as a Tailed-Beast Skill & Senjutsu. This is similar to the case of Obito becoming a Pseudo-Jinchūriki because he gains the Chakra of the Shinju (Aka: The Ten Tails') but not the beast itself because at this point in time, Madara Uchiha is in possession of this. Now, some people may say, "Obito gave that Chakra, the Shukaku's Chakra, & Gyūki Chakra to Naruto Uzumaki" or something such as, "Obito didn't get any of the Shinju's Chakra, he only got the Shukaku's Chakra & Gyūki Chakra and gave it to Naruto along with the other half of Kurama." Although if this is true, why does Obito have the staff he once possessed as the Shinju's Jinchūriki?
In the following picture Obito Uchiha is shown pulling "part" of the Shukaku's Chakra & Gyūki Chakra out. Although we also see that Obito is holding the staff he once had. The Truth-Seeking Ball is only formed once a person has became the Shinju's Jinchūriki or in this case the Shinju's Pseudo-Jinchūriki. Gaining the Shinju's Chakra, but not the beast itself still can grant one the abilities they once had before. In the case of Ginkaku & Kinkaku, the gained the Chakra of Kurama, but not Kurama himself. Yet while using the Chakra of Kurama, they were able to convert the Tailed Beast Chakra into a humanoid shape, granting the jinchūriki an edge in battle. This is similar to this case, for Obito converted the Shinju's Chakra or etc so that he was able to form the Truth-Seeking Ball which eventually formed into the staff he has now.
Using Kamui While A Pseudo-Jinchūriki:
After pulling the Shukaku's Chakra & Gyūki Chakra out, he attempts to use Kamui to try and escape. Though to some people it would be a bit off considering he wasn't able to do so while he was the Shinju's Jinchūriki. To add to all of this, Obito became a Pseudo-Jinchūriki while still being able to use Kamui. Is it possible for Obito's form to change like he did when becoming the Shinju's Jinchūriki? It certainly is possible because Kinkaku & Ginkaku were able to do so, but to some people they would decline because the Shinju is special and you transform or change forms immediately. Yet I'm not saying your wrong, I just need evidence.
P.S: This is my first time on NarutoBase and I hope to make friends along the way. To anyone willing to agree or disagree, please reply to this thread and give your opinion about this subject. I hope you all enjoy. ^~^
