Can Obito as Ten tails host use Rinne Tensei whenever he wants and live ?

Basically what the title ask about

If Rinne Tensei only need chakra to work and uses life energy only in cases when amount of chakra is not enough for ressurection then Obito as Ten Tails host could have close to infinite amount of chakra so he could bascially spam Rinne Tensei and we know that he can uses Rinne Tensei as proven here:

However if Rinne Tensei takes some amount of chakra + life energy even if you have more then enough amount of chakra then Obito could die still even as Ten tails host.

Maybe that what Obito was plaining to do after using Infinite Tsukuyomi, could he planned to use massive Rinne Tensei and ressurect everyone then control them in this gejnutsu like dream world. I wonder...

It is possible because Obito has killed a lot of people(unnamed mostly) but still and he is going to even more people after Naruto's speech so What would be purpouse of Infinite Tsukuyomi, if noone or very few people could live there... it doesn't make sense, does it ?

Well I dont think so It would be awesome that he resurects everyone but I think they will make holograms inside peoples heads like that person who died is still alive with them
