kaguya could probably get into kamuiland, anyone who is fast enough can get him when he tries to attack. other than that, nope.
Its not about power really, There are many characters that have more raw power then DMS Obito. The problem is, DMS Obito is simply broken.
The fact that he can phase through everything, renders all physical attacks useless (Indra's arrow, TBB are immensely devastating attacks but will do nothing to Obito)
Combine this with Obito's insane stamina and ability to take punishment with the ability to teleport to any place with no markings required, Plus a K.O on touch. And this is just talking 1MS Obito
DMS Obito literally has no counter other than plot. Ranged snipes all day phase through anything that comes close.
This is why Kishi restricted Jin Obito from using Kamui otherwise nothing can be done about him.
One of the biggest advantages Obito has, is that the fight will take place on his terms and he can bail out anytime and comeback when his victim is least expecting (sleeping,eating,taking shit...lol) i mean he's really not bound by anything.
The dude has a personal dimension for fk's sake....even if the whole world blows up, he'd still be chilling in kamuiland.

well rikudo powered characters do stand a chance against DMS obito...
as for 1 MS obito is concerned, rikudo powered characters would beat him for obvious reasons... then comes the speedsters like tobirama and minato who stand a good chance....

Realistically DMS Obito would lose to rsm and rinnegan sasuke because they have instant reflexes/speed.
They would be able to hit Obito with a counterattack more efficiently than those who also move instantly but don't have the killing fire power to finish him off. Madara as a juubi jinchuuriki can also move instantly as well, while Rinnegan Madara has the unseen Limbo Hengoku to kill him off. So those are the only shinobi's that can kill DMS Obito.
Ms Obito although weaker than DMS would be around blind Madara's level in terms of abilities and type of chakra/power they have.
Ms Adult Obito is also a force to be reckoned with considering that he has Gedo+kamui power.
So he'll smash the likes out of Sm hashirama, base minato etc.

1MS Obito loses to Base Minato, Tobirama, Edo Itachi, EMS Madara, Base Hashirama, and a few others have their chances.
Rinnegan Obito with Paths loses to Edo Madara, SM Hashirama, BM Minato, and BSM Naruto.
DMS Obito without Rikudo chakra also loses to most of these guys too.
Edit: Right, there's still 1 ***** who thinks Obito can summon the Mazo without a Rinnegan
