Can Neji take on Fu?

Clearly while im sure Fu is good she's clearly not perfect jin material, it's fair to think neji has air palm at this point, an attack that can help him immesnsely, Fu's tailed beast isn't Kurama so i think neji will have a much better chance and Fu is quite young. Naruto's rasengan technique helps his chakra control immensely something Fu cannot do nor did Fu train with JIraya. This is Neji after 2 years of training constantly with Hinata and Hiashi everyone in the leaf have been training hard. i see this or lee vs Fu if it gets to the finals before the akatsuki make their move
