Unlikely , those "dressing" marks are because of his Perfect Senjutsu Mode and TB chakra flowing out of the body since he is in human form, I doubt it offers any super advanced protection but he did kick out Madara's TSB with his leg in his base form but I guess that's different since TSB are more for protection ?

Technically he shares collective chakra from all of them and their cooperation but you need GM to link all Bijuus into Juubi.

Anyways, the only way I see him surviving is the enhanced healing factor from Rikudo's Senjutsu.

TSB manifest from Juubi jinchurikiis true but it was also stated that you need to manipulate at least more than four elements into one (higher than kekkei tota) and since all the Bijuus have different chakra natures he can do it. Hypothetically someone who masters 5 elements and somehow manages to mix them into one could create a TSB but not use Omnyodon since Omnyodon is Ying-Yang manipulation. But ehh only JJ are that skilled
