naruto got trolled by kishi,he could have made at least 10 KM clones(which he already did in the start of the war)and made them fight obito continuesly,his kamui can be countered by non stop attacks,but kishi had to make naruto only using one clone.

In a one on one fight it's difficult to say, but with Madara and the Ten-Tails still on the battlefield, doubtful he would even be able to get close enough.

It's an interesting thought though, because if you compare Madara or Sasuke to Obito in power and abilities, and Naruto did beat him, what would that say for the other Uchihas?

Yes its the Juubi with all that Natural energy thats keeping Obito in the fight and He is getting frustrated on how Naruto is using His power to stop Him, Why do you think Madara is standing down not doing anything He is amazed at Naruto and laughing at Obito's lack of control and rashness. Minato believed Naruto would stop Obito and thats what you will see. Go against this at your own risk as Naruto wins.

Obito w/o the Juubi? IMO now that Naruto has knowledge and Kurama's support he can. If Obito accidentally absorbs a clone he's pretty screwed. Although I'm sure he'll be more careful about it now - using taijutsu abilities to take out clones instead and using intangibility for its defense. If clone feints don't work then the next best options would be Frog Kata or FRS expansion.
