There's a great possibilty and it may actually happen because it has been already been forshadowed. Also now with the Villains reaching new levels of power and becoming near indestructible, the main characters need powerups to make a stand when the edo-kages are gone, they won't stay forever.

The only hindrance for doing so is the difficulty of harnessing nature chakra as large as Kurama's chakra and balancing them out. It'll probably need a training arc for it. Also the Naruto hasn't really realized yet the possibility of combining it.
