Can naruto use Flying Thunder God?

Real world logic would say no because when would he have learned the technique.

However, NV logic would say I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up using it during his final battle with Kaguya and Kishi will insert some random flashback to Minato explaining how to perform the technique in 5 minutes just to cover up the plot hole.

He's already faster than FTG, now that he has flight, he'l improve it even greater.

No he's not faster than literal teleportation. But if he did know how to use the jutsu he'd most likely be the fastest character in the show
