Even if he doesn't have those truth seeking balls he can still use
He still has the Rikkudo Mode and since the Bijjus are connected to him he will be able to use that jutsu.

Susano can use justus that the user has madara and sasuke has done this already. We never seen sasuke in a real fight unlike naruto who fought that one creepy dude from the lastt and didn't use any special rasengan or rsm. If he had them he would of used them its that simple but since he didn't it's safe to safe he doesn't have them anymore.
