Theres no point cos KM is probs 5/6 tails-cloak but with that being said he can't control himself with 5/6 tails-cloak but with KM he's in total control

He doesnt need to give Kurama control .... Bee goes into chakra cloak mode but he doesnt completely give up his body everytime

He can, but Naruto hasnt even mastered BM yet, and its already stronger, so i dont think it matters. Would be nice to see it again tho
