Seeing as he still has half of Kurama in him, I don't see why he wouldn't be able to. He just won't because those modes are incredibly inferior to what he's using now.

He may. In the scene with Hagoromo all 9 Tailed Beasts were present for Naruto to say all their names and fulfill the Prophecy the Sage predicted. There may not be enough of their chakra to allow Naruto to use them, but they were there, so it's implied. Then again Ashura wasn't a Jinchuuriki and yet he had a form with similar appearance to Naruto's new Cloak. There could be a connection, but we can't know for sure unless Naruto blatantly explains it... :|

No, he would look and have entirely different moves if he uses yin kurama which is the same but different.

It seems to me he cant run out of nature energy & tailed beast chakra.
He might not be able to turn of his new powers, unless he can, and then he should be able to use a weaker kcm like he does with a shadow clone.
