Can Naruto sense everybody in the world?

Naruto has been getting extremely powerful lately, in all aspects of the word power. This includes his senses which were already awfully op in just Sage Mode alone.

So with the Kurama powerup in BM, combined with SMs' sensing, upgraded to RM's sensing, upgraded to RBSM sensing, do you think Naruto can sense the presence of everybody in the world?

He sensed an entire village after just learning sage mode. Now that it's improved to godly levels it should enable him to sense everyone

I think within a very broad radius he could sense anything, but I wouldn't say the world, I mean he only has half of Rikudou's endowment..
