Well, the Kyuubi's chakra was shown to be able to heal Naruto in part 1. Add in the Sage's Yang chakra and Hashirama's DNA, and he should have great healing/recovery power. However, it's nowhere near the regeneration granted by being a Juubi Jin.

Small wounds yes as above average recovery time, but as far as replacing limbs no. Tbh, it's kinda strange since even one tailed chakra cloak healed from chidori, but Naruto's healing ability seemed to only decrease since then :|
