Naruto still has the bijuu chakra... we would have known if he didn't have any of their chakra in the fights between jubbi madara or kaguya considering they were under their respective possessions at that time, yet Naruto still carried their chakra.

As to say whether Sasuke would be able to take down Naruto- sure.
