Can Naruto peform a one handed rasengan now?

Just a quickie question since he mastered biju mode, befriended Kurama could he perform it like he did when facing Sasuke in part 1, under the influence of Kyubi

He can just use his chakra arms anyway, but I think he did it against Tobi in 598

He probably could the whole time, but just uses shadow clones to aid in growing its strength.

To be honest it's not really one handed Naruto just doesn't have the Chakra control, Kurama's chakra arm helps him create them now so he doesn't really need the use of Kage Bunshin, so I guess you could say it's one handed.

Well considering him and kurama being friends now, he has more control over his own chakra. So now he can, but a habbit usually die hard. I don't know if he will still use a chakra arm or a clone, but I know he can form a one handed rasengan now
