Can Naruto nullify ninjutsu?

I was discussing with friend this issue, but I think he cannot nullify ninjutsu. He mean Obito was able to nullify nijutsu, because Madara trained him to use the Uchia jutsu, Rikudo´s and all creation jutsu.
I think Naruto is not able to do it since he mastered only wind nature.
What do you guys think?

He was fighting against Juubi Jin Madara and Kaguya and Sasuke in all the fights he had Truth Seeking Balls. Madara had Senjutsu at the time, it's highly implied that Kaguya did (considering she is the Juubi), and Sasuke had Senjutsu as well at the time. Senjutsu is the only thing Truth Seeking Balls can't affect. In the end though, Truth Seeking Balls are the same for everyone.

Naruto can nullify Ninjutsu. He just hasn't been seen using it on an opponent that can't use Senjutsu

The only way, that Naruto can nullify ninjutsu is, that he mastered the use of the goudama, but we do not know if he can recreated them.

Kaguya is beginning of everything. I mean the chakra, she is stronger than his sons.

Sure the only question is, can he recreated them. I think he should be able to do it.

I have no idea. He never remade the ones after the Kaguya fight when he was fighting Sasuke, but then again they probably just take time
