Can Naruto nullify Jutsu with Godudama's?

Although perhaps Naruto has Omnyoudon but I wouldn't be surprised if the only ones who have it are those who had Kaguya's direct power (Hagoromo, Obito, Madara through the Juubi).

I figured that when Obito gained control, he mastered the use of Gudo-dama.

Naruto knows how to control both, and can use Omnyoudon.

I don't see why he couldn't considering he's so advanced with the onmyouton that he's able to combine it with a bijuudama and a fuuton rasenshuriken at the same time.

Godudama and Onmyoudon are completely different functioning Jutsu.

Godudama are the balls themselves. Onmyoudon, however is Yin-Yang based technique applied to them. Naruto can't use Yin based techniques, so he can't use the Onmuoudon.​
