Like his Kurama avatar, can he make one that looks like son goku or shukaku so he can use lava and magnet more efficiently?

No, but he can add their heads to Kurama's avatar, since Sasuke is able to wield multiple elements on his Susanoo, Naruto should be able to do the same

Naruto recieved pieces of chakra from each bijuu:

Even the small portion of Bijuus are potent as 8 tails said.
Even after eating a bit of flesh of kurama, Gin and kin was able to transform up to 6 tails out of 9 tails.despite the fact that gin and kin hadn't have friendly terms with kurama while naruto has friendly term with every bijuu

I don't think the other bijuu chakra's have that capability. Bee was a perfect jin and still wasn't able to do it. And Kurama's chakra manifests itself much differently than Eight-o's. Eight-o looks like himself. Whereas Kurama just looks like a chakra spirit.

He's a pseudo jin, like that priest from the beginning of Shippuden that nobody cares about.
