Can Naruto learn FTG

With the chakra transfer technique do you think naruto will learn FTG or even create a new technique

So far he have proven that he does not need it anyway. Just put on Kurama's chakra mode and he is same speed/faster(?) Than Minato without using teleport jutsus.

You do realize that one can't techniquely move faster than instaneously right? He is still slower no matter how you turn it around even if it matters little in almost all situations except when comparing speed.

Yes, but he is indeed faster than the kunai moves itself in air, so the only good thing with that would be if he put out kunais like 3km before he actually reach the battlefield.
