Maybe, but it would be a waste. He can make what it originally was intended to be. He could make a lightning style ransenshuriken. Before you say he doesn't have lightning style, think about it. What nature affinity do you think magnet style is? It's probably earth+lightning style.

He has yoton but that doesn't mean he also has doton.

He has the bijuu's powers, I doubt he can separate those powers & use their base elements.

Still to effectively use Chidori, Naruto would need a Doujutusu like the Sharingan to counter the tunnel vision associated with it's use. So even if one of the bijuu were a raiton user, Naruto wouldn't be able to use Chidori to its full potential so Im gonna say no.

Mate, you can have all 5 chakra natures under control ... even without the Rinnegan.

It's just 2 natures used together, and it's also established that it's easy to use the individual components, meaning the bijus themselves can easily separate it. Naruto has all 5 elements.
