Yes he can. I don't see how sasuke can counter that genjutsu once it affects him. Sasuke won't just stand there and let the toads cast it on him though, since it takes some time for the genjutsu to take effect sasuke may try to interupt ma and pa or try to kill them.

Yup, Naruto can fuse with the toads and with his superior speed he can get close so they can use frog song. Sasuke have no knowledge of frog song so he wouldn't know to stop the toads plus Naruto can use clones while fused to the toads so the toads clone might be able to use the genjutsu too.

Sasuke pretty much has the ability to nullify the effects of 'Visual Genjutsu' although same cannot be applied for the 'Toad confrontation chant'

P.S. Kabuto was able to trap him and Sasuke haven't even shown slight resistance to break from it without the aid of Itachi .​

No it doesn't, you can avoid visual genjutsu as Gai and Kabuto both said and showed. When have a ninja fought a battle without using their hearing? Besides Hiruzen who was in the genjutsu. A Doujutsus solely relies on their vision, sound genjutsu can't be broken by eyes so how can someone who relies on their eyes defend on a attack on their ears? Plus the fact that they don't know about frog song so wouldn't be able to react as they would if they knew about it. It already worked on Rinnegan users who didn't have knowledge about it and it wouldn't be different for other doujutsus users.

lol what an utter failure, citing "mangaphax" and then forgetting auditory genjutsu punked 3/6 of Nagato's Paths and Sasuke. Sasuke can withstand IT, and his eyes are strong enough to break Itachi's genjutsu (which is a questionable feat considering Itachi held back), however he is not immune to all genjutsu. Frog Song would punk him all the same. Unless he can sound proof his Susanoo.
