Kind of random but can Naruto form a rasengan on his foot?

It would be hella funny if Naruto had a clone go underground to form a rasengan on his foot to use if the rasengan(s) in his hands missed.

Why not?

Shinobi can focus chakra on feet like when they walk on water so if he can use the principles of focusing a rasengan on his hand onto his foot instead and he can compress the chakra on his foot why not?
