That's in KM,in Sage Mode he can feel chakra.

naruto can sense negative emotion, but as edo's i dont he can, although hashi can sense him, through Kyubi mode.

I would assume that sensing negative emotion is an advance skill of sensory ninjas so i would think he can sense chakra too just like when the edo sound ninjas came back he know that they were squaring off with neji them .................so i think he could sense Hashirama if he had use the wood clone
