Technically Naruto already did this, The truthseeker orbs on his back during the 6PMadara and Kaguya arcs are proof of him having CoAT. This is why he could save Might Guy, replace Kakashi's left eye, Fly, and understand all of the bijuu's chakra natures and the applications of them without training or time to adjust.

Yin, manifests chakra into a form(body); Sasuke's Susanoo, Amateratsu Manipulation/Control(Enton Release)

Naruto and Sasuke both have Yin-Yang Release through Six Paths Chakra.

Creation of All Things isn't literally Yin-Yang Release, but a representation of Mastery over it and likely the highest form excluding Kaguya's abilities.
