Danzo doesn't need to look at his target to activate ka.

I'm not sure if the KA is working against Jinchuurikies... He can control only one person with it. If Naruto starts to do strange things ( ex. not dodging the attacks ) Kurama will notice something is wrong, and he most likely can take over the control ( like against Pain )
