Can Naruto control the godoudama?

Yes he can.. there's almost an unlimited potential to what the user can do with the truth seeker orbs.. Naruto was just nerfed.

Exactly. When you think about it Sasuke is no where near as skilled with Rinnegan as Obito nor Madara yet peeps think Naruto is incapaple of using Omnyoudon even though its used by the Goudodama. Naruto's just not there yet same as Sasuke who hasnt even shown half the paths yet only like 3.

Albeit his use wasn't versatile, he applied his gudodama to the pinnacle of chakra control via tsb rasenshuriken which is the most impressive feat we've see bar kaguyas expansive tsb.
