Has Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, Tsunade, and any other Hokage verstaile with Genjutsu aside from Kakashi before losing his Sharingan? Nope.

Naruto can probably use the Frog Song if he had Ma & Pa, but it doesn't matter. He can break out of any Genjutsu aside from Infinite Tsukuyomi/Tsukuyomi, so Genjutsu is moot.
