Can Naruto,Bee,Gai beat Tobi,if Kakashi can't use Kamui anymore?

As history has shown Kakashi has low chakra level, & it goes massively quick when he uses his MS for Kamui. During attack from Pein, Kakashi died from over use of MS.
& everytime against battle with Tobi ; kamui seems to be the only way to connect a hit (except for yondaime hokage's ftgt). & Naruto is fast but not fast enough.
Can they beat Tobi in if kamui is out of the picture?

Considering Naruto has the ability to move faster then his father now, i wouldn't say that he is no fast enough yet.
