KA would sneek by kyuubi becuase it puts the person in genjutsu without knowing

Well KA has three weaknesses...only two pretain to this fight.

1. Can be used once (Twice per eye possibly) every ten years

2. Has to have direct eye contact

3. People can be released from Genjutsu by injecting chakra

Though at the present state of events...Shisui is technically blind if he's alive so I'd guess Naruto wins.

If Shisui has both of his eyes I'm still guessing that Naruto would still win. Naruto has around 13 KM clones, and can move at speeds that surpass the Raikage. I'm guessing that is fast enought to disrupt eye contact.

Also, it is possible that Kurama can disrupt his chakra if he manages to notice Naruto is being controlled.
