Sasuke didnt get the atirficial arm but he got hashirama cells from kabuto.

And yeah they both should be to perform, it would be pretty interesting to see Naruto's mokuton since his chakra has a special effect on it.

There was no hint in manga that tells us they can used Mokuton

Thats mean no, they cant used it.

And Kabuto with Hashirama cells never display any Mokuton tech.

You need half of your body made from Hashirama cells to be able to used Mokuton(Obito), I mean large part of your body construct with Hashi cells.

By by manga rule. You should show small feat first to be label as certain jutsu user

If Madara can use Wood Release Jutsu just by having a small amount of Hashirama's cells in his body, it should be easy for Naruto to use it too since his whole arm is pretty much made of Hashirama's cells.

True. I don't see a reason for them not being able to do it if they have Hashirama cells, and they have the required elemental natures.

They cannot use the wood-style. The two don't have enough of their body created from the cells to produce any useful techniques. The only reason Madara could master it was because hi DNA became mixed with Hashirama's.
