Can Nagato Trap Kyuubi in the Chibaku Tensei

People seem to jump on how difficult was it for Nagato to keep KN8 sealed. But they all seem to ignore the fact that Nagato wasted a lot of chakra and was using a dead puppet who was quite some distance away so his chakra signal gets slightly diluted, and even so that sick Nagato claimed that he could make it bigger hinting that he does have the power to seal KN8 in the sphere during his weakened state. I have no doubt that a healthy Nagato using his real body would create a way way way larger chibaku tensei then the one seen.

im not a fanboy, actually i dont like nagato but he was able to trp up to the 8 tailed fox with a fraction of his chakra, it only makes sense that full chakra would completely trap it without a problem

thats my point -.- at 8 tails it started breaking out so it only makes sense that 9 tails will be held in if he has all of his chakra, like maybe 4 or 5 times what he probably had left at that time
